What These Terms Cover

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and hv99 ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the hv99 website, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

To create and maintain an account on hv99, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you register for an hv99 account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. This information is used for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming safeguards.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. hv99 recommends the following security practices:

Account Suspension & Termination

Where feasible, hv99 will notify the affected user prior to taking action; however, in cases involving security risks, this may not always be possible.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hv99 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient and seamless transactions for players based in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Deposit Rules

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hv99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if hv99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hv99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hv99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event that an amicable resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or other applicable dispute resolution mechanisms. hv99 operates as a safe and reliable platform and takes all player concerns seriously.
